Artist Statement I simplify the objects in my imagery as well as the overall composition to eliminate any extraneous elements. I leave only what I feel is absolutely essential to convey that which I hope to communicate with the viewer. In reducing the objects and composition to some basic and primal presentation, as well as adding an appropriate title, I hope to achieve the essence of the objects themselves as well as some sort of universal message. |
